XL Records

We were tasked by XL Records to write, produce and direct a music promo for their recently signed electronic dance act Powell. 

The promo was for this lead single ‘Johnny’ taken from his debut EP ‘Sport’ 

The final film involved a truckload of watermelons,  Powell fans from all over the globe and melon smashing world record holder Tafzi Ahmed.
